We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, which will be charged at the time of purchase.

Transactions will appear on bank statements under EZM_ZDSLTD.

Refund Requests

If the customer wishes to end the contract before its expiration for whatever reason and get a refund, they must submit a formal request.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process and will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the refund has not been received after 10 days, please contact us.

If our standard packages do not meet the customer’s requirements, they can request a customised package. We’ll collaborate with them to create a bespoke package that fits their needs.

We’ll provide them with a quote before payment. The duration and cost of custom packages will vary depending on the customer’s specific needs.

Our services can range from 1 to 12 months, depending on the customer’s selected duration at the time of purchase. The customer will be informed of their chosen duration before making the purchase.

Length of Packages

The package duration is determined by the customer’s selection before making the purchase. To extend the duration of the package, a repeat purchase must be made, which can be done on our website or by contacting our team.

Custom package length will vary depending on the request.

Liability & Indemnification

EazyMarketer does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of its services, including third-party claims, data loss, loss of profits, and fraudulent behaviour.

The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring compliance with legislation and approves all materials before use. EazyMarketer may publish, use, or reproduce work produced as a result of its services.

The customer agrees to indemnify EazyMarketer for any losses or damages incurred from materials approved by the customer.

Customer Cancellation Policy

In order to terminate the contract, the customer is required to provide written notice. If the customer would like a refund, a request can be made by contacting EazyMarketer.

Customers must formally request a refund through the appropriate channels.

Law & Jurisdiction

In the event of any disputes over the contract's existence, validity, or terms, both EazyMarketer and the customer will endeavour to reach an agreement through negotiation. If negotiations fail, either party may pursue legal action to resolve the dispute.
